Meet Our Governors
Debbie Cook
Chair of Governors
I am Debbie Cook and I have been a Foundation governor at Walsgrave CofE Academy since January 2023. I became Chair in September 2023. I am link governor for the areas of Leadership & Management, Inclusion (SEND and EAL) and Early Years. I am married to Rev Tom, the priest at St Mary’s Church, and we have two children – one at Walsgrave and the other at Blue Coat School. My work background is in Primary Teaching. Since moving to Coventry two years ago, I spend my time doing voluntary work at the school, St Mary’s Church and the Diocese of Coventry.
